K.L. Lewis currently lives in Northern Virginia with her family. She is a retired Army officer and an experienced Registered Nurse, with a specialty in Behavioral/Mental Health.
She is the author of 3 completed works, publishing her first book, a poetry collection in 2007, followed by a debut fiction novel in 2009, and a romantic novel in 2016.

K.L. earned her BSN from the University of Oklahoma and her MSN from the University of Texas-Arlington. Today, she continues to pursue her writing goals.
Her hobbies include: Writing of course, reading, family outings (dining out, traveling/sight seeing, hiking when it's safe, movies, etc.)
